Camp & PA Day Policies
Heat Alerts & Snow Days
PA Day, March Break & Multi-Sport Summer camps run inside and will operate regardless of outside weather conditions including heat advisories, winter storm events and snow days. Camp runs on days when schools are closed because of bad weather.
Outdoor baseball camps will run regardless of heat; extra water breaks and time in the shade will be added. If severe weather requires camp be relocated to indoor Batter Zone, parents/guardians will be advised by phone & email before 7:15am.
Camp numbers are limited by the day, so children must attend the day for which they are registered. Single days sell out making a full week not always possible. Early booking is recommended to avoid this unfortunate situation.
A completed waiver is required in order to participate in camp activities. The waiver includes both an injury release, medical authorization and photo release.
Payment is required at time of booking.
Partial Weeks (or single days)
Most camps may be purchased by the day although we do offer discounts for full week registrations. Speciality baseball camps are available for weekly registration only.
Camp spaces are restricted so if you miss a day, for any reason, we are unable to provide a refund or make-up day.
We offer extended care (8am - 6pm) at an additional fee which must be pre-booked. Late pick-ups will be charged $20/15minutes after 6pm.
Outdoor soccer camps do not have an extended care option.
Bookings made within 72 hours of arrival are surcharged because they may require additional staff, and re-arranging requests and groups.
- Withdrawal outside 21 days will result in a full credit.
- Withdrawal between 3-20 days will result in a credit less an administration fee of $100.
- Withdrawal inside 3 days is non-refundable.
- No refunds or credits on days schools are closed.
- Children must be at least 4 years old prior to the first day of camp.
- Children attending a PA Day camp in September, October, November or December may be three (3) IF they are in full day JK and they are turning four (4) by December 31st.
We make every effort to accommodate reciprocal friend requests for similar aged campers, however, due to group sizes, requests are not guaranteed. Same day friend requests cannot be accommodated if requested at check-in.
Families are asked to send nut free lunches, however, due to the public nature of the locations, our facilities are not nut free.
Soccer World has an epi-pen and AED at the front desk but children with allergies are asked to bring their emergency medication to camp each day.
Campers with severe allergies are required to wear a yellow ALLERGY ALERT wristband during camp.
Daily Sign-in & Sign-out
We require the name & contact phone number of the adult dropping off and picking up our campers each day for security and in case of emergency.
Repeated inappropriate behaviour and bullying by a camper, following warning and discussion with parent/guardian, may result in their expulsion from the program without refund. Soccer World and Batter Zone reserve the right to refuse future registration to these children.
Campers with Exceptionalities
We make every effort to create a safe, positive and inclusive environment and to ensure all children enjoy their camp experience but we are not designated to accommodate campers with exceptionalities. If your child has exceptionalities please speak with us before you register to determine if we are able to accommodate the specific requirements of your child.
